      -Have big surau for muslim -Night shift allowance is high. -3 month rotating shift

      Cons

      -favoritism, even you do your job well always the one who good with management will get promotion and high bonus. -Senior hardly teach the new guy the proper ways to do work, need to self learn.

      Good place to learn advanced processes and technology. Since this is a small company, you have to take more responsibility than your pay grade, so can gain more experience.

      Cons

      Don't expect any personal life. Forever on call. Too much non-stop pressure.
