      None what so ever. Literally none come to mind

      Cons

      Hire and fire culture Within 4 years 4 of my bosses got fired, 4 of my teammates got fired. A lot of them excellent performers. No continuity of projects, millions of dollars wasted, useless initiatives, terrible culture, intense working environment, you'll probably work in 3 time zones and work 70 + hour weeks. HR is a joke, global HR is even a bigger joke. Screaming is habitual for some beads of departments . If you value your sanity, don't join this company

      Dirty Trick of laying off employees Calibrated the employees performance Rating to "Need Improvement" rating, save $$$ on Merit Adjustment and Variable Bonus, force Employees to enter Performance Improvement Plan for 3 months; humiliate employees' effort and contribution
