Pros
I enjoyed working at ASME! Most people cared about their work and over the course of time at ASME there was a clearly defined focus on improving the employee experience. I had a lot of leeway to build and explore in my role. I appreciated the CEO's transparency as well, particularly regarding the shift to remote work during the pandemic. There is some stagnation at ASME due to long-time employees and some outdated systems, but a lot of work is being done to bring things up to speed.
Cons
There was little room for advancement, and there weren't clearly defined criteria for moving upward or expanding one's role.
