Remote work, nice co-workers, and work day ends at 2:00pm on Fridays.

Cons

Dishonest hiring practices, you get hired for one job and soon find yourself doing 10. Upper management is clueless and rushes into new ventures without thought, financing, or proper staffing. Preaches about DEI and workplace harassment, but allows abuse to continue unchecked, especially when coming from management. If you are in the creative field, avoid this place like the plague,
