      Pros

      Company offers stable employment due to huge growth.

      Cons

      A big tech company that operates like it's 1950. White male management that has been taught to be worthless because they cannot sneeze without the European headquarters' blessing. No career growth opportunity. White male management all celebrating 20+ years at the company. If you're a female, forget it. HR is the worse I've ever even heard of.
