Nice, enthusiastic employees. Great cause. Great benefits

Cons

Exclusive Sr. Management based on favoritism rather than experience and ability. Little to no regard for lower level employees. "Reorganization" efforts that let go of multiple, committed and enthusiastic employees with little understanding by Sr. Management of what those employees do. No job security. New CEO promotes hierarchy, upper management exclusivity and likes to pat himself on the back.
