Benefits are exceptional, best I have ever had. 401K contribution is great. Work with some amazing health service professionals. Facility was recently remodeled. Urbana IL office

Cons

Senior management, (specifically those recently promoted and or hired) have huge ego's and seem to be more concerned with making themselves look good rather than improving work efficiency. Too much emphasis on statistical numbers, makes you feel like your just a number. Treated at times like a warm body. Focus is primarily quantity rather than quality and providing exceptional customer service.

salaries are good benefits are excellent 401K, though not a pension, has a good contribution & match remote employment opportunities for some departments

Cons

politics, politics, politics directionless CEO stagnant board HR is a joke Literally head scratching how some people are in senior roles closed door policy from top down questionable practices, ie-Oreo, Feld Ent., NYCLASS, elite horse show sponsorships
