Pros

Work at home option during COVID

Cons

Management regularly lies to employees. Lower pay comparative to similar positions elsewhere. Micromanagement is rampant & not needed.

Pros

Potential to grow within the company, executives and management are always willing to help you grow, most of the staff are very friendly and helpful, company has a great reputation with their clients and customers, Human Resources department and leadership are very understanding with emergencies happen outside of work and they are are very family oriented.

Cons

There is high turnover in one specific department that can make certain situations difficult to manage alone however, there is great team work that relieves some of the backlash of this issue and they merged with another health plan (HAP) that has a challenging reputation and needs some consistency with leadership and better workflows internally so it has been the biggest hurdle thus far.
