- quite friendly atmosphere (in general) - the pace is slow and easy - OK salary and benefits
Cons
- the pace is slow and easy, because the management is failing to properly handle processes - huge technical debt and lack of manpower to handle it - recruitment process lasting for hours, including IQ test and role playing excercises with a psychologist - it's some ridiculous nonsense - onboarding process was a mess and I had to spend my first day texting with support to get my credentials to every :))) - corporate desktops stuffed with crappy internal tools and cringy software for employer care - everything bad about corporations - you'll find it there
