      Pros

      The people are probably the only positive about working for the company. The office is like a family where everyone tries to help everyone, but outside of the company the management has no clue how to run a business.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about their employees, they treat everyone like their replaceable and wonder why they have such a high turn over rate. The hours are crazy with little to no reward and recognition.

      Pros

      They have great benefits and ample time off, including 10 days between Christmas and New Year plus vacation time and all the regular holidays.

      Cons

      There are no cons that I can think of other than maybe a lack of a work from home schedule option for salaried employees.

      Pay is steady (if low). Good work environment among peers.

      Cons

      Company promotes but then is slow to provide raises. Employees are massively overworked and are constantly pushed until they break.
