      Great place to work: good benefits, possibility to advance your career, team spirit, easy access to management that is very eager to listen to suggestions and implement if in agreement, if not discussions why.

      The company is meticulously maintained and they are on the cutting edge of what they do. Being an International company, there are tons of opportunities for internal growth.

      From what I could see there are no cons to working with this organization. Even though it is a large company, they appear to function as a tight family.
