Cons
Senior managers lack emotional intelligence and are disconnected from the employees. Employees are spread thin and managers expect their employees to hit a ton of check-the-box metrics. When someone leaves the company, the work is then given to other employees and the position is eliminated so they can claim it as a cost savings. Senior managers love to pit people against each other like it were a dog fight. It is almost as if it were a game or something. They'll spend thousands of dollars on robots that make boxes, but make you get management approval if you want to buy the office supplies needed for your job. New employees without any management experience and ability are promoted to jobs they can't do, while experienced employees who know what they are doing leave the company because management doesn't see them as deserving of promotional opportunities or they just plain ignore them. The incompetent employees just hide in their offices with the door closed and management does nothing about it. If you do a good job they won't let you move into another position because they say you are too valuable where you are at.
