The employees and staff are friendly and there are a handful of tenured employees who provide a wealth of knowledge with regards to the products and services. The products are leading edge, putting the customers at a huge advantage compared to their peers.

Cons

Leadership Turnover, No Accountability, Global Team is disconnected from North America (largest Business Unit), and Business Decisions are all reactive rather than pro-active.

Cons

Salary is good, but is not based on commission structure for all sales positions, which in turn means there is a cap as to how much you can make. Still some "good 'ol boys" hanging around.
