Products are great to sell and talk about! Company is an awesome company!! Enjoyed working for them and would do it again.

Cons

Limited management so they took on someone who does not know how to lead ppl in the team, unfortunately, when you explain something to a manager i.e. The grass is green and they reply by i.e. Look at the clouds they puffy, that's exactly how opposite the Mangement is, not willing to listen and pretend to help but actually could care less about their team. CRM sucks big time!! Don't trust it at all, one month it has figures in there the next month they gone, when I confronted the manager, he said, he doesn't know, I must find out what happened to it, he doesn't know.

Decent 401K and matching. But no other Pros.

Cons

people don't communicate with one another, job wise or personally. No one ever smiles or laughs. Major lack of training, depending on your department. even if you give 110% it is never enough. No "real" managers, just people who have the title. There is no coaching, mentoring, or true management. don't expect to ever make your yearly goals for a raise.

Great company and looks very promising with new products and innovations. 25% growth due as a result of new products introduced within the last three years.

Cons

Work hours for salary people such as the engineers helping production were long, which explains the higher than average pay.
