The company is extremely unstructured. They make quick decisions without thinking them completely through. They present the mentality that "They want their cake, and eat it too". Extreme disconnect between employees and upper level management.

Poor on boarding No training Peer mentors do not want to assist with development and growth, thus get lost trying for self-sink or swim Middle and Upper management have no clear, concise objectives and growth plan. Function daily in reactive, pinball machine formate. Minimal data systems to quote and maintain data of clients. No ongoing support and feedback to clients or within Internal departments. Employees are expected to do four jobs when paid for only one. Horrible commission program that gets minimized more annually. Plus, work of employee is moved before payment to another person, which they make commissions. Leadership rule by roller coaster emotions and hire only yes people, enhancing non professional growth of employee or market share. Horrible continued service to clients. Horrible project management and installations. No marketing assistance. Employees are focused on their title. Too title and management heavy - recognize soldiers on the ground are most valuable asset internally and move titles people back into soldier roles.
