      Can’t think of one pro.

      Cons

      - Toxic culture permeating from the sales team allowed to spread throughout the org. - Frequent turnover, lack of retention. - Taking on multiple roles and responsibilities outside of your own is deemed “part of the job”. - Incompetent HR team, no onboarding, no support, and they can’t even set up org charts correctly. - Understaffed, leading to higher work load for the remaining employees. - most technical people have left the company for other jobs which has left significant gaps and lost tribal knowledge. - Lack of a proper demand planning manager. - Management is severely lacking. -

      Hybrid working is offered, though it’s not much of an advantage.

      Cons

      Micromanagement defines this company. The overall quality of leadership and staff is extremely poor, starting right from the top. Expectations are unrealistically high, while salaries remain well below industry standards. The work environment is toxic, with unprofessional behaviour being commonplace. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a healthy or respectful workplace.
