- Toxic culture permeating from the sales team allowed to spread throughout the org. - Frequent turnover, lack of retention. - Taking on multiple roles and responsibilities outside of your own is deemed “part of the job”. - Incompetent HR team, no onboarding, no support, and they can’t even set up org charts correctly. - Understaffed, leading to higher work load for the remaining employees. - most technical people have left the company for other jobs which has left significant gaps and lost tribal knowledge. - Lack of a proper demand planning manager. - Management is severely lacking. -
