Good canteen, some great colleagues. Employment market is picking up so there's hope to get out to somewhere where staff development is actually taken seriously and something innovative is being done.

Cons

Out of touch, out of date, extremely conservative 'Innovation' senior leadership. Stale, dated environment. Poor tools being clung to, despite obvious issues.
