      Very good for the first 5 years, but the last 2 weren’t.

      Pros

      Departments interacting together to process the order in a quick & efficient manner. Everyone in all departments did their very best to make sure the order was sent to manufacturing for production scheduling.

      Cons

      Rather not say, it was complicated. Changes in an upper management position did not work out for some. A lot of behind the scenes things going on.
