International company. Opportunity for global travel to visit and benchmark. Multi-cultural exposure is really neat to have experienced.

Cons

Leadership style in Americas is top down, do not ask questions or even think about stating any ideas. Focus on the short term bottom line leads to very poor decisions that derail or cause destructive results for the long term all in the attempt to avoid being screamed at in monthly 'business reviews'.

Cons

Small company, the equipment is hard to sell. Too many competitors from the local Market. The company is not flexible in prices and delivery date. I wish more new products
