Great people at this company and the culture is fantastic! Large bonus potential- however it is capped. Great job life balance. Managment really is there to help you and makes you feel like you can reach out when you need help in life.

Cons

It is a very thin org- hard to move up. If you want promotions you often have to lateral to other jobs on other teams. Very rarley does someone get a promotion within their team. For this reason there is very few raises outside of the yearly COL.
