      Innovative Products, Good Go to Market Strategy, employee friendly, in general ASSA ABLOY is a good company to work with

      No Succession Plan for employees, only acquiring of companies happen but no mergers as such, strong merger plans should be in place

      *This company will make you fall into debt over its bottom line as an hourly employee. Be on the lookout for any signs of trouble for expected work... They 'will' not give you an honest answer. You will be in limbo...

      Cons

      2 much unexpected work immediately -shipments never on schedule or none at all... I.E. No work at all!!! Will layoff immediately, without notice or force you take multiple days off without pay.
