      ASSA ABLOY is a great Company to work for. They have a clear vision of where they are going. The Company is very profitable. Employees are empowered to lead their career. Opportunity to get involved in different areas.

      None I can think of. If you want to work hard and be challenged come here.

      Pros

      Innovative and growing company. Middle management is given lot of freedom. Products are good and brands strong. Strong market position

      Cons

      Lack of leadership. Senior executives take very little role in steering the company. People don't always know what is expected of them

      I had a good experience overall, was paid fairly and given decent raises most years.

      Cube-farm style environment, not much opportunity for advancement.
