Pros
A great product with a culture that strives to provide the employees with all the tools they need to be successful. Most of the senior leadership with tenure is a real pleasure to work with and have a strong hospitality focus. It is a company that is full of great people and strives to create a positive work environment.
Cons
Turnover at the senior level leads to constant changes that are not communicated well and often out of step with the needs of the market place. There is a lot of decision by fiat without getting input from the tenured employees.
