Simple minded products, makes for extremely easy learning.

Cons

Feel like you're baby sitting other employees due to improper management, and the pay is only given to senior most positions.

Pros

Very small office. Very friendly and has kind of 'family' feel to it. If you can be satisfied with the pay and deal with management, then you would love it here.

Cons

no morale running through the company. there are lots of ideas thrown against the wall, but nothing seems to stick. great potential, but i just dont feel it. From a personal stand point, personal growth was a problem. Really wanted to continue my education and go back to school, i just didn't feel like it was possible.

Pros

Large company with lots of opportunity for some individuals. Heavy emphasis on consistent short-term profitability. During the recent economic instability, this has served them well in making sure the company stays afloat. Their management training program is limited to a select few, but is very well done for those that qualify.

Cons

Does provide good opportunities to some people, but others will find themselves deadlocked or out of a job without knowing why. The clear priority is to the shareholders and profitability (as it should be) but there is not enough recognition that development of employees is one critical piece of this. They tend to hire from the outside due to a lack of internal talent, and have not yet developed the internal programs to develop their own.
