      Pros

      Large global company with lots of opportunities for movement and growth.

      Cons

      Locations that are not at corporate sites have their own agendas. There is a 'favored few' mentality that is palatable.

      Pros

      Nice people overall with exceptions. Nice office and location close to I-10. Things can be pretty good or pretty bad; it just depends on which department you work at and to whom.

      Cons

      work-life balance depending on which department you work on. Very average benefits. Poor leadership team. Too much talking too little action on implementing ideas and strategies. Lots of small companies put together through acquisition but still small company mentality.
