Pay & benefits are decent it has to be because you must be masochist to want to work here.

Cons

No transparency, no leadership, no strategic thinking, just "do it" but what they don't say is, if you do it "I will not get my bonus, and that's what really matters"

mostly friendly work environment, never bounce a salary check, good insurance

Upper management wants to run the software division like a manufacturer plant. To be nice, throw Spaghetti on the wall and see what sticks is upper managements philosophy. Very few advancement opportunities... If any. No bonuses, you get a %3 raise yearly no matter how much work you put into your job. Your a number, if you work in a right to work state, you had better be aware they will/have laid many folks off regardless of senoirity or knowledge base. GOOD LUCK!
