      A creative and vibrant culture working in a variety of designs from trade shows to museums. The job allows you to work with various industries and professionals.

      Cons

      Quick project cycles. Directors and Management work under high pressures by the nature of the industry.

      Strong growth and diversity of projects to work on. Entrepreneurial vibe for the business Large focus on building systems and procedures to handle rapid growth Lots of support from management and co-workers at all job levels Great opportunities for advancement and travel (in certain roles)

      Company culture can tend to be a bit "cliquey" There is a tendency to play the blame-game when things go wrong. Can be long-hours and extra large workload as projects are usually very tight timelines A few seasoned staffers tend to be called to go above and beyond more often due to fast growth and lack of experienced staff Feeling the pains of growing from a small business

      Great Working Environment, Amazing People Great office

      Cons

      Paid very less They should train the interns very well. I found many are sitting with out any work. Hope the supervisors of the concerned department especially (Design and solutions) will take a note of this.
