Pros
Each day is a new challenge with a really wide range of interesting projects. The people here work really well together as a team and the culture is second to none. Also, as this company is in a rapid growth mode, there is a lot of opportunity to advance in short order if you are great at what you do. There is no dead wood here which is a refreshing change of pace from other firms in which I have worked. Great benefits package.
Cons
As the company continues to grow so quickly, the only constant is change. If you are the type the of person that likes things to stay pretty much constant and consistent, this company is probably not for you. We could use an HR Department.
