Pros

The benefits are really good. The offer overtime quite a lot and they have an union that protects you if something happens.

Cons

There is no room for advancement within the company and they only go by seniority not by your work or results

Pros

Salary range and benefits (excluding retail positions).

Cons

Can be laid off at the drop of a hat. Experience/service won't matter.

Pros

The opportunity to work anywhere in the world for the 2nd most recognized symbol in business. If you can play the game, and get results, you can move just about anywhere.

Cons

As a large company, there is a lot of change in middle management and sometimes getting promoted is difficult if your direct supervisor isn't your advocate, either because they are rotated out frequently or because of style differences. Even if you get results.
