Pros

Great pay and good benefits. First level management is better than the 2nd level and up. Employees are just numbers.

Cons

If you are not on a surplus list to be let go you will be. They appear to be going to all contractors.

Pros

The Pay is way better than what you would earn at similar companies; my CoWorkers were fun to hang around with, the benefits package was great, the people around me were always willing to help me out if I had a question

Cons

typical corporate environment, cubicles are not that fun to work in all day, you are monitored on your computer, you cannot be two minutes late without fear of reprimand, office politics are ruthless, everything depends on who your boss is. If i had it to do over again, I definitely would have wanted to work for the wireless side of the company. Documentation of your accomplishments is key. If you dont document it, someone else will take credit for your work.
