Pros

Lots of good people working trying to do the right thing and big company that you can fly under the radar, but tough to get noticed for good work.

Cons

Long hours and over emphasis on sales ; too much status quo and lack of customer support. Innovation is hard to implement at the local sales office level.

Pros

health Benefits are one of the best, compensation for customer service rep (hired before 2009 contract) are one of the highest.

Cons

Randall Stephenson's lead has ruined this company to work for. Bring Ed Whitaker back on the realm.
