Pros

Overall the company has good benefits however their medical insurance changes every year and not for the better concerning their employees. Most companies are following the same path so it is not that unusual these days in corporations.

Cons

The overall working moral at AT&T is very poor and the company management seems to be mostly incompetent. They are promoted beyond their level of competency on a regular basis which speaks rather poorly for the company's leadership.

Pros

global company with global presense. Working with a larg company usually mean you have a larger pool of people with diverse background.

Cons

Downside of large company is lack of personalness. The responsiblilites are much more broken down and specific, thus pigeon holed into a specific area.
