Pros

Industry leader...always on the cutting edge. I've worked for Verizon and they were definitely alot more rigid. Because At&t is such a large company, you have a better opportunity for growth. You can go anyway from here.

Cons

Retail hours...hard to manage work/life balance. Sometimes we are are "strongly" encouraged to sell the "flavor of the month", whether it's a new feature or product.

Pros

Opportunity for expansion, pay is really well aslo. When you first get in the store you would think commission is a hindrance but it really helps. Job will help you to go to the next level.

Cons

You have a quota to make and keeping up can be bit of a challenge doing slow seasons, however thats just part of the job.

Pros

Ok pay. Some feeling of accomplishment when you can get your numbers up. Decent training.

Cons

Work hours are random because they aren't generated by human beings. Terribly long shifts. Benefits are terrible and they make you think you can get them immediately when they aren't subsidized for over 6 months. Overall, the beginning of your "career" is very misleading.
