Pros

Work Life Balance Great pay for a college student Great Chances for Commission Fun Environment depending on the team you join Chance to meet so many different people Benefits are Great for full time employees Tuition Reimbursement Lots of knowledge learned about Technology and How things work

Cons

Commission Structure Changes Constantly, which is the best part of the pay. Chances for advancement are usually based on who you know, not on your job performance. Dealing with irate customers Having to work weekends and holidays Management constantly changes. No continuity between managers.

Pros

They offer good employee perks. There is great opportunity for advancement within the channel you work for. You can make great relationships with counterparts within a region or nationwide. The wireless industry is not taking a hit in this economy.

Cons

Medical insurance is not the greatest. Career advancement outside of your channel can be difficult to transition into unless you know someone. At the end of the day your just a small cog and you can be replaced, and they let you know it.
