Pros

Union Job, though the union doesn't do much for you. Free Cellphone, though its business use so don't get caught do anything not company approved. Yearly raises Good Health benefits most people i have seen and I have been here for awhile is around 35-40k some people can hit mid 50k.

Cons

- Forced overtime. - Horrible schedules with no regard to seniority (union) - Very little chance for promotion. - Every month the bottom 20% of reps are written up for performance whether they hit goal or not. - Compensation is changed monthly and you had better know what you sold and what you are being paid for. AT&T is very crooked in this department. It is Dec 2010 and they still owe us commission corrections for July, August, and September. - Create reasons to fire people who speak out against management. - You are constantly threatened with losing your job. - Horrible pre-training do actually be able to do your job. - Deal with insanely angry customers and you have to smile - Your job is illegally held in the balance of CFT (Customer Feedback) scores. If you do not get a perfect score you receive a 0. Zeros get your fired after management decides you have had to many. So if they like you it doesn't matter if they don't they fire you for customer abuse (Which doesn't hold up in court)

Pros

pay is not too bad.

Cons

you don't get a set schedule. your days off and the times you work are always changing. they don't give you the tools you need to do a good job. they are always changing your commission for the worries.

Pros

Pay was good, never got bored, always something new to learn, great vision for the future. I really liked it there.

Cons

Demanded a lot of time even as a part-timer. I only had two days off and put in any where from 35 to 40 hours a week as a part-timer.
