Pros

In spite of popular opinion, AT&T has a great network, products and technologies. Stable company which invests in products and stores. New upcoming internet and TV products. World class provider of telecom services.

Cons

Little work-life balance in my area. This varies by work group. So many re-orgs that don't make sense.
