Pros

Able to work with high tech products and game changing products such as the Apple iPhone product. Great for tech driven individuals.

Cons

Management had little care for promoting those who could get the job done. Instead, promotions were based on gross sales ability only and no attention paid to employees who added value to the company.

Pros

Pay and benefits and pay

Cons

Greedy cooperation with strange, if not completely improper ways of promoting from within.

Pros

- Training opportunities - Advancement as long as you self-promote and push hard - Process-rich (in a good way)

Cons

- Premerger forever downsizing - If you work your way up you will need to leave in order to earn a salary that is in keeping with your current title. 10% caps don't cut it when you work your way from union to A5 quickly.
