Pros

IT was fun you get to interact with new people everyday. The sales quota isnt to hard to hit. Its a fun place to work , co workers were all friendly, management with nice.

Cons

sometimes pressure from cell phones can drive u nuts. Cell phones do mess up and you do get the mean customers who wont take no for an answer. just need a lot of patience

Pros

Average benefits and some people there are genuinely nice people. I just wish their management would realize that before they leave.

Cons

Be fair to employees and pay market salary. Executive needs to based promotions on merit and not just on seniority.

Pros

AT&T is an extremely reputable company. There is so much room for advancement and a lot of opportunities to gain additional knowledge.

Cons

AT&T has a union which restricts time off. There were only 2 sick days provided for the entire year which is really hard to maintian.
