Pros

Large stable company, great benefits, industry leader. Great place to launch a career. Plenty of resources for educating ones self in industry.

Cons

Poor public perception, too large, slow moving (changing), reactive rather than proactive, proactive moves are questionable, inefficient, questionable commission methods (good work is not reflected well through the established commission schedule)

Pros

Decent pay and company cell phone. No wonder why they hire mostly college students and high school grads. There are better jobs out there!

Cons

Management is horrible and is very inconsistent. Many managers are incompetent and cannot follow up with escalations for customers. Bad outweighs the good!

Pros

Great selection of phones, opportunity to learn current technologies, decent benefits, average salary, not much else.

Cons

Terrible leadership. Management is clueless, managers who have no experience in the business channel trying to manage staff who are very experienced. Very poor planning, and no idea how to conduct business to business sales.
