Pros

Some opportunity for growth if you are looking for a long-term career with cell phones. In corporate AT&T the benefits are good and vacation time is pretty generous.

Cons

Management is very strict and restricted on what they can do. It is hard to escalate issues and get them resolved in a timely manner. Customer service lines are never helpful and make the job much harder than it has to be.

Pros

Big company with lots of resources. Many colleagues with good telecom experience. Benefits are above average for most large companies.

Cons

The culture of the company is really the old Southwestern Bell and many of the upper management folks are from this wireline company.
