With the company been so large you feel likdea very small cog in a very large wheel. There are to many people to go through to get an answer or get anything done. The company as a whole is always looking for the next great thing without fixing the problems leftover from the old great thing. When the company is having problems it falls onto the public facing sales force ( who has the least authority to make decisions) to ease the problems and then the company rewards you by having the customers take what they call the Customer Feedback Tool so the customer can vent all their frustrations on the company. So if the customer is not happy the company makes its the sales forces fault.
