Pros

Really smart colleagues with good work ethics and attitudes. Working in mobile data feels like working in the right place at the right time. Benefits are fairly good for a big company.

Cons

Too much process to get products to market; takes too long. Since it's just a big company often it's difficult to find out the right person to talk to find the answers you need.

Pros

There is always something new and challenging. Middle and lower management are well tuned in to the ins and outs of the days activities, therefore are quite receptive to recommendatations for improvement. Internal training is excellent.

Cons

Some customers don't appreciate the time necessary to resolve complex issues. Job cuts have negatively impacted mean time to restore with regards to hands on support.

Pros

Some of the things that I like best are : the pay is decent, nice office location, co-workers are good to work with, and the training is not bad.

Cons

More and more work with less pay/appreciation. Also constant threat of cutbacks is hard to deal with. Upper management treats you like a number.
