Pros

The benefits are great. The pay is decent. Bidding for the schedule is okay if you are a senior rep, otherwise you would not like.

Cons

CFT!!!! Trying to meet high sales quota when we have no coverage, crazy policy that does not allow sales rep to have a chair unless they have a medical excuse ( who wants to stand up for 8 hours straight).

Pros

Lot of opportunities and projects within ATT. With growing market and launch of iphones, its a place where you can grow and learn a lot.

Cons

- lot of work - shorter release cycles hence high pressure on delivery -

Pros

This position had great benefits, great training programs on equipment, loved my coworkers and the techonology that I was allowed to preview.

Cons

Whenever someone would meet their quota the company would change the way we were paid or the quota. The company also started RSSM which gave the company a way to fire people who did not meet their sales quota, never before were sales reps fired for not meeting quota.
