Pros

Good pay and benefits. But besides that i hate my job. Prefer getting half the pay with a company that knows how to make money for investors the right way, and actually giving the employees the tools needed to provide the consumer with what they ar epaying for.

Cons

Only reason for the pros is because the union has gotten us these benefits through contracts. But after AT&T took over 22 states it has to many layers of mangement, no one can give any answers or make decisions, and nothing that they say in the commercials is true.

Pros

There are plenty of opportunities given the broad scope of services. As they acquire more companies, it provides new avenues.

Cons

There is a disconnect on who is doing what, when, and how. Seems to take 5 people to do the job of one.
