Pros

The managers are really helpful, you have plenty of training to do your job, and the pay is excellent.

Cons

The biggest issue here are hours, since it's a union company, the good hours are given to tenured reps meaning that for years you'll be stuck with horrid hours, no weekends off and closing the store pretty much every night.

Pros

I love the job that I had to do. I am a hands on person and rather be out in the field than to be sitting in front of a computer all day. .

Cons

Some of the managers would rather hurt you than help which is sad but true.

Pros

Good benefits and pay for tenured employees.

Cons

Promotions are not based on your abilities. Inability to transfer to another region when I became engaged, management and union would not assist, so I had to quit after working there 20+ years.
