Pros

I have full-time employment above minimum wage.

Cons

lack of management transparency, constant layoffs for US domestic employees, constant stripping of employee benefits, insane return to office policy that requires employees to work in office locations without enough space or resources for employees required to report to that location and tens of thousands of employees throughout the country required to move to 9 locations, mostly Dallas, without relocation and company stating no guarantee of future employment. VERY negative business environment and culture being driven by poor management decisions.
