Terrible leadership decisions

Business Outlook

Pros

There are great people working for this company but they are being mistreated constantly

Cons

Regular threats with surpluses while hiring at same time, worst leadership decisions, employees are on last place when making any decisions, wealth divided between top 1% of the company, very slow carrer growth if any, salary growth much slower then inflation increase, terrible hardware support, outdated tools, almost no benefits in comparison to other companies in the market, lack of support for home office workers - rather discrimination of those
