Pros

You learn a lot through hands-on and the free in-house University.

Cons

Constant threat of surplus. It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned employee or new, the feeling of losing your job is stressful. You give them several years and they let you go at the drop of a dime. No loyalty displayed. We still have mouths to feed and bills to pay. The job market is not the same so we have to start all over.
