Good people to work with. A good environment to grow and learn. Plenty of independence from upper management. Everyone focuses on the job and there is less politics.

Cons

Zero profit-sharing/bonuses. If you have excellent profitability on a job, expect nothing but an atta-boy because "it wouldn't be fair, otherwise".
