      Pros

      Phenomenal working environment which fosters individual growth while encouraging team development and success. Without a doubt, the most impressive place of employment in the Cookeville area. Compensation increases with performance and experience!!

      Cons

      This is not the place for everyone. Predominantly self motivated, goal driven, professionally minded individuals tend to flourish. If you require a lot of “external” motivation or are not a naturally self motivated this might not be the place for you. There can be a high level of hours required at times.

      Pros

      Great place to get practical machine design experience. Opportunity to work with a variety of projects and manufacturers. Co-workers are friendly and respectful. Honesty and the ability to admit mistakes are respected. Team based, so you will work closely with the same group of people.

      Cons

      Salaries may be lower than nationwide average, but cost of living is extremely low. This is a trade off. 50+ Hour work weeks are typical, with high variability based on the nature of contract work and economic factors. One con of the the team based approach is that each team leader acts like an independent employer.

      Pros

      You work your way up from the bottom. Start as a machine builder and work into machine design, team leadership and then you stay in that position for as long as you like.

      Cons

      After you make team leader I don't see much more progress that can be made. Job monotony doings headlamp jobs all the time gets old but its easy work and really the point of work is to make money so who cares.
